ENERGY2CURE is an organization of dedicated individuals seeking to help eliminate Leukemia. ENERGY2CURE sees leukemia as a national health threat that can only be erased by funded research. Our belief is that the sum of the parts of the industry far outweighs the individual components of the same sector. With that in mind, we seek national participation through corporate and individual donations from as small as $1 to as much as $10,000 per year. Each sign of generosity moves researchers one step closer to our shared goal of a final cure.
ENERGY2CURE's
fundraising efforts are focused around the Leukemia
Cup Regatta, a series of 47 sailing regattas held across
the US, which contributes significantly to the Leukemia
Society’s annual national budget. The sailing events
facilitate the opportunity for fundraising, however,
our volunteers are driven more by their passion to help
fund research to find the final cure for leukemia and
other blood cancers. |

In 2002 and 2003 Energy@Cure
was honored to be recognized by Business Week as a finalist
for their Global Energy Award for Community Outreach Program
of the Year.
In 2003, The Leukemia Cup
Kickoff was founded. This event is a casual and festive fundraiser,
and is held annually as a lead-up to the regatta. Each year,
over 400 patrons attend this “inclusive” early evening function
which helps facilitate additional funds to Energy2Cure’s annual
